摘　　要：讨论了局部环上辛群的生成系 ,在探讨生成长度时 ,引入变换亏数的概念 。The generating system at the symplectic group is discussed in this paper, the concept at the deficient number is nivolved and the generating length is rcaled by deficient number and residual number, in stdying the generating length.
