陕西农业区域专业化发展的现状及对策

摘　　要：按照比较利益选择经济效益高的农产品组织生产,逐步形成区域专业化生产经营格局,是提高农业竞争力的有效途径。陕西省各具特色的农业区域专业化格局初步形成,但对于在发展中存在着诸如经营规模细分化、市场体系不健全、社会化程度低、产业化发展滞后、区域专业化运行机制不完善等问题,应加强基地建设,积极推行土地制度改革,健全农业社会化服务体系,大力发展农业产业化等措施,积极推进农村区域专业化的发展。It is a valid way of increasing agricultural competitive ability that the agriculture become gradually the district specialization according to competitive advantage.The initial step was taken in Shaanxi to improve the development of agricultural district specialization,there are some problems in its develipment.Therefore,Some valid measurements should be taken to accelerate the district specializtion develipment in Shaanxi Province,including,base construction should be strengthened,reform of land system should be carried out,agriculture industrialization should be developed,etc.
