五倍子等5种中药水煎剂对表皮葡萄球菌的抗菌活性观察

摘　　要：目的　评价五倍子等中药水煎剂对表皮葡萄球菌的体外抗菌作用。方法　采用M H琼脂稀释法对五倍子等 5种中药进行体外抗菌活性检测。结果　五倍子对表皮葡萄球菌的抗菌活性最好 ,其MIC90 为 1∶2 5 6 0 ;其他 4种中药对表皮葡萄球菌抗菌作用亦较好 ,MIC90 分别为 1∶6 4 0 ,1∶32 0 ,1∶32 0和 1∶1 6 0。结论　五倍子对表皮葡萄球菌的抑菌效果好 。Objective To evaluate in vitro antimicrobial activity of decoction of five Chinese medicinal herbs against Staphylococcus epidermidis. Methods Antimicrobial activity of 5 Chinese medicinal herbs against strains of Staphylococcus epidermidis was performed by agar dilution method. Results The results showed that antimicrobial activity of Galla Chinensis against strains of Staphylococcus epidermidis was the best (MIC 90 =1∶2560). The MIC 90 of the other four Chinese medicinal herbs against strains of Staphylococcus epidermidis was 1∶640, 1∶320, 1∶320 and 1∶160, respectively. Conclusion The study showed that Galla Chinensis has the best antimicrobial activity against Staphylococcus epidermidis among these 5 herbs and can be used for the treatment of infection caused by Staphylococcus epidermidis.
