摘  要:目的 :应用傅里叶变换红外光谱法分析大鼠乳鼠的原代培养心肌细胞受高功率微波辐照前后细胞结构的改变情况。方法 :将培养的心肌细胞分为 3组 ,分别用高功率微波辐照 30 ,6 0 ,12 0s,然后在傅里叶变换红外光谱仪的红外显微镜上测定每组细胞的红外光谱。结果与结论 :发现大鼠乳鼠原代培养心肌细胞受高功率微波辐照后 ,细胞膜的结构发生了明显改变。傅里叶变换红外光谱分析技术可用于了解大鼠心肌细胞受微波辐照后细胞膜中蛋白质构象变化 。Objective: To analyze cell structure change of primary cultured newborn rats cardiac muscle cells irradiated by high power microwave (HPM) by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). Methods: The cardiac muscle cells were divided into 3 groups, and irradiated by HPM for 30s, 60s, and 120s respectively, then the infrared spectrum of each group was measured on the infrared microscope of FTIR instrument. Result and Conclusion: After irradiation by HPM, the structure of cardiac muscle cell membrane changed markedly. FTIR analysis technology can be used for studying protein conformational change in the cell membrane of the cardiac muscle cells exposed to HPM irradiation, especially for studying the information of change in protein secondary structure of cell membrane.
