摘  要:锅炉多孔集汽板通常采用变节距的设计,以满足沿板长蒸汽均匀汇集的要求。由于现有变节距分布的标准设计方法,其节距分布公式依据的初始节距是假定的,并且需要反复迭代。因而,计算复杂,且设计方案单一。从建立流动封闭方程组出发,在获得流动分配特性解的基础上,结合变节距多孔集汽板流量均匀汇集指标的定义,从理论上获得了由多孔集汽板全部已定参数决定的变节距分布公式。实例对比表明,理论设计方法较现有标准方法准确,且计算简单、快捷。The multi-orifice collecting steam plate in boiler drum is usually designed by variable-pitch, for uniformly collecting steam in its length. The exiting standard method is complex in calculation and single in design, because the initial pitch in its calculating formula is presumed and computed repeatedly. In this paper, through building up the closed flow equations, getting its flow characteristic solutions and defining an uniform collecting parameter, a new theoretical formula is put forward. The calculated contrasts show that the theoretical method is simple and precise. Figs 3 and refs 4.
