摘 要:目的 用BeckmanE LISE电极法与日立 76 0 0 0 2 0酶法、化学法 (RANDOX试剂盒 )进行血清电解质(K+ 、Na+ 、Cl-)测定对比与评估。方法 依据美国国家临床实验室标准化委员会EP9 A文件 ,每天取临床标本8份 ,分别用 2种方法测定标本K+ 、Na+ 、Cl-含量 ,共测定 5d ,记录检验结果 ,检查离散点 ,计算线性方程和相关系数 (r) ,进行偏倚估计。结果 K+ 、Na+ 、Cl-两法r为 0 .987~ 0 .993,相关良好 ;K+ 、Na+ 为正偏倚 ,Cl-为负偏奇 ;除K+ 在 3.0mmol/L处相对偏倚为 5 .7% ,Na+ 、Cl-偏倚均 <2 .2 %。结论 日立 76 0 0 0 2 0测定血清K+ 、Na+ (酶法 )、Cl-(化学法 )与电极法测定结果基本一致 ,可以接受。Objective To evaluate the methods for electrolytes assay by using Beckman E LISE and HITACHI 7600 020 in which electrolyte and enzymatic chemica (RANDOX reagents) methods were applied respectively. Methods According to the protocol described by the NCCLS document EP9 A, 8 clinical samples were taken each day and the serum contents of K +,Na +,Cl - were measured using the two methods. The results were recorded and the disperse points were checked. The statistics was made for the linear equation and correlation modulus. The deflection was also estimated. Results The correlation modulus for K +,Na +,Cl - ( r ) was 0.987~0.993, and the correlation was good; K +, Na + were positive deflection, and Cl - was negative deflection. The comparative deflection for K + was 5.7%, and the comparative deflection for Na + and Cl - were both <2.2%. Conclusions The method of HITACHI 7600 020 in testing serum electrolyte (K +, Na +)(enzymatic method) and serum electrolyte Cl - (chemical method) is basically consistent with the traditional electrolyte method.
