摘　　要：文章对证券市场上主要投资理论的内容、影响及存在的缺陷进行分析,阐述了现代投资组合理论、技术分析理论、基本分析理论、行为金融理论,对正确认识我国证券市场运行规律和进行证券投资有较高的参考价值。This paper analyzes the content,influence and defects of the main investment theories in the stock market.It expounds the modern investment combination theory,technology analysis theory,basic analysis theory and behavior finance theory.It has a higher referential value for the understanding of the operating laws of the stock market of China and the stock investment.
