摘　　要：目的　把生色底物法和凝固法测定低分子量肝素钙抗FXa和抗FⅡa效价进行比较。方法　生色底物法用试剂盒进行测定 ,用酶标仪进行读数 ,用量平行线原理进行统计分析 ;凝固法用血浆作为底物进行测定 ,用人眼观察凝固时间 ,用标准曲线进行统计分析。结果　用生色底物法测得 2 0 0 2 0 6 0 4抗FXa效价为 97± 2 0 8,RSD为 2 1 5 ;抗FⅡa效价为 30± 2 0 0 ,RSD为6 7。测得 2 0 0 2 0 6 0 5抗FXa效价为 96± 2 6 4 ,RSD为 2 7;抗FⅡa效价为 2 6± 2 0 0 ,RSD为 7 7。用凝固法测得 2 0 0 2 0 6 0 4抗FXa效价为 90± 7.5 ,RSD为 8 3;抗FIIa效价为 32± 5 7,RSD为 1 8 0。测得 2 0 0 2 0 6 0 5抗FXa效价为 92± 5 5 ,RSD为 6 0 ;抗FIIa效价为 30± 5 0 ,RSD为 1 7 0。结论　生色底物法比凝固法更准确 ,更灵敏 。AIM Compare the different of chromogenic method and clot method in determing of low molecule weight heparin calcium anti FXa and anti FIIa activity. METHODS Chromogenic method,determin using reagent kit,detected by plate reader anayled by parrellel line statistical methods; clot mothod ,determined using plasma,observed the clot time by our eyes,anayled by standard curve.RESULTS Using chromogenic method , anti FXa activity of 2002064 is 97±2 08,RSD is 2 15;anti FIIa activity is 30±2 00,RSD is 6 7. Anti FXa activity of 2002065 is 96±2 64,RSD is 2 7;anti FIIa activity is 26±2 00,RSD is 7 7. Using clot method ,anti FXa activity of 20020604 is 90±7 5,RSD为8 3;anti FIIa activity is 32±5 7,RSD 18 0.anti FXa activity of 20020605 is 92±5 5,RSD is 6.0;anti FIIa activity is 30±5 0,RSD is 17 0. CONCLUSION Chromogenic method is more accurate,more sensitive and less subjective than clot method in determing of low molecule weight heparin calcium anti FXa and anti FIIa activity.
