摘　　要：目的　观察卡马西平和托吡酯联合治疗复杂部分性癫痫的临床疗效及安全性。方法　对 2 9例患儿在单用卡马西平治疗的基础上 ,加用托吡酯联合治疗。结果　加用托吡酯后疗效明显 ,总有效率达 6 9% ,发作完全控制率占 38%。结论　研究结果表明 。AIM To study the clinical efficacy and safety of carbamazepine and topiramate in the treatment of complex partial seizures. METHODS Topiramate was added to the treatment of 29 patients treated by carbamazepine. RESULTS The study has shown that much better efficacy was gained with the combined treatment. The clinical effective rate was 69% and the rate of complete seizure control was 38%. CONCLUSION The study indicated that the combined treatment in treating patients with complex partial seizures was safe and promising.
