摘　　要：目的　探讨氨咖黄敏胶囊中咖啡因的含量测定方法。方法　采用高效液相色谱法 (HPLC法 ) ,用C1 8柱以磷酸二氢钾溶液—甲醇 (80∶2 0 )为流动相 ,检测波长 2 1 5nm。结果　咖啡因浓度在 0 0 6～ 0 1 4 g·L-1 间线性关系良好 ,r=0 9999,平均回收率为 99 9%。结论　用HPLC方法测定氨咖黄敏胶囊中咖啡因含量 ,方法简捷 ,结果准确 。AIM Discuss the measuring method of caffeine from paracetamol,caffein,atificial cow bezoar and chlorphenamine maleate capsuls concent.METHODS Use method of HPLC,C 18 Column,potassium phosphate monobasic solution methanol(80∶20)as mobile phase,ultraviolet detection at 215 nm.RESULTS Average density of caffeine between 0 06～0 14 g·L -1 , r=0 999 9 ,the linear reationship is good,and average rate of recovery:99 9%.CONCLUSION The HPLC method is simple,accurate,economical,and special attribute is strong.
