摘 要:目的 观察高度近视眼继发视网膜劈裂在光学相干断层扫描 (OCT)上的特征 ,分析其发生的原因。方法 回顾分析 2 0 0 0年 10月~ 2 0 0 3年 10月就诊的高度近视继发视网膜劈裂患者 16例 2 2眼的OCT图像特点。结果 高度近视眼继发视网膜劈裂以外层劈裂为主 ,多发生在眼底后极部 ( 2 1/2 2 ) ,多数 ( 18/2 2 )可见玻璃体牵引视网膜征象 ,尚未被视网膜劈裂累及的黄斑中心凹视网膜感觉层较同龄、同性别的正常人薄 ,有统计学意义 (P =0 0 0 5 2 )。结论 高度近视眼继发视网膜劈裂与玻璃体牵引及视网膜本身的退行性变密切相关。Objective To analyze the possible causes of retinoschisis in highly myopic eyes by observing its features of optical coherence tomography (OCT). Methods OCT appearances from 22 eyes of 16 patients with retinoschisis secondary to high myopia were examined and analyzed retrospectively during October 2000 to October 2003. Results Retinoschisis secondary to high myopia was mainly localized in the outer layer of neurosensory retina in the posterior pole.Vitreous traction was found in 18 eyes.The neurosensory retinal thickness at uninvolved fovea was significantly thinner than that of normal control (P= 0.005 2). Conclusion Retinoschisis secondary to high myopia is associated with vitreous traction and the pre-existing retinal degeneration.
