摘　　要：Goldmann压平眼压计是眼压测量的金标准 ,但仍存在很多引起测量误差的因素 ,如泪液膜、调节的作用、中央角膜厚度、注视方向及角膜变形能力等。临床工作中应关注眼压测量的准确性 ,减少误差的产生 ,不能仅依据单次眼压测量结果作出临床判断。There are many sources of error in the use of Goldmann-type applanation tonometers.In clinic,precorneal tear film,accommodation and eye position etc.are preventable major error factors in the using of the tonometer.Variations in the corneal resistance to indentation inter-eyes cause significant errors.Measurements obtained with Goldmann-type tonometers can be used to monitor intraocular pressure (IOP) changes of an individual,but should not be relied on to determine the absolute manometric pressure within an eye or to compare the IOPs in eyes of different individuals.
