摘　　要：本文采用扩展后的教育基尼系数的方法 ,对中国的人力资本总量在区域、年龄、行业等方面的分布以及区域分布差异产生的可能机制进行了分析 ,基本结论是 :中国区域间的人力资本总量分布差异很小 ,且随着时间推移 ,差异在减少 ;教育经费投入、万人拥有大学生数、城镇化水平。This paper makes an analysis of th aggregate human stock with respect to different region, different age ,different firm in China, and also discusses its possible mechanics. We find that the regional educational Gini coeffient is very small and expenditure in education, number of university student in 10 thousand labor ,civilization level, quantity of universities are all strongly related with this disparity.
