摘　　要：本文通过介绍一种客车顶盖蒙皮、顶骨架低位作业自动焊接方法 ,综合CO2 气体保护焊和单面双点电阻焊 ,找出影响期焊接质量的原因及解决方法 ,以充分发挥其焊接变形小、焊接强度高、节能、高效的特点。After introducing an auto-welding method used in the outer panels of bus roof and the frame, this paper finds out the causes and solutions to improve welding quality in order to fully exert its properties of small deformation, high intensity, energy-consumption and high efficiency.
