摘　　要：　环顾当今世界 ,经济活动早已不再局限在本国内 ,经济正朝着跨国别跨区域的方向发展 ,作为经济全球化载体的跨国公司显然充当起了一个极其重要的角色。本文介绍了跨国公司的产生和特点 ,以及近阶段的发展趋势 ,在此基础上阐述了跨国公司发展对国际贸易的影响 ,主要内容包括跨国公司对国际分工 ,国际贸易方式 ,国际贸易规则等的影响 ,这些积极的影响促进国际贸易的发展 。Nowadays, looking around the world, economic activities are no longer confined in home. As economy develops more internationally, multinational company, as a carrier of economic globalization plays an important role. This article introduces the formation and trait of multinational company, and recent development, on the basis of which it explicates the influence of multinational company on international trade. Including the infiuence on international division, international trading way, international trading rule and so on. These positive influences will promote the development of international trade and the formation of economic globalization.
