摘　　要：电大开放教育考试是教学过程的重要环节,是加强学生学习过程管理,检验学生学习效果,获取教学和教学管理反馈信息的重要措施,是重要的教学评估手段和教学质量监控措施。考试工作的好坏,考风考纪的好坏,关系到电大的教育质量和办学声誉;而试题编制质量,则关系到能否客观、真实地反映学习的真实水平。因此,保证电大开放教育考试的质量,就务必确保试题编制的高标准、严要求。Exams are the important knot in the teaching process for RTVU open education. They can strengthen the administration of students' learning process, monitor their learning fruits, gain information on teaching and teaching administration, evaluate and supervise teaching quality. Management on exams, attitude, rules and regulations to exams are closely relating to the quality and reputation of RTVU education; the quality of exams practically reflects the students' level. To guarantee the quality of exams, it is necessary to guarantee the exams contents with high standards and strict requirements.
