摘  要:目的 初步探讨急性脑出血患者血浆早期炎性因子白介素 -8(Interleukin -8,IL -8)及抗炎因子白介素 -10(Interleukin-10,IL -10)的含量变化及临床意义。方法 采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定35例急性脑出血患者及28例健康对照者血浆IL-8、IL-10含量 ,并动态观察它们的变化。结果 急性脑出血患者起病≤24h及≥3周时血浆IL-8、IL-10水平均显著高于对照者 ,且病情重者显著高于病情轻者 ,其中血浆IL-8水平 ,病程≤24h者显著高于病程≥3周者 ,血浆IL-10水平 ,则是病程≤24h者显著高于病程≥3周者。结论 早期炎症因子IL-8及抗炎因子IL -10均参与了急性脑出血的病理生理过程 ,测定二者血浆的水平对脑出血的预后判断有一定的作用。Objective To explore changes and its clinical significance of plasma inflammatory cytokines interleukin-8and anti-inflammation interleukin-10of patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage in early stage. Methods The serum IL-8,IL-10of38patients and28normal persons(control group)were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),and their developments were evaluated. Results The concentration of plasma inflammatory cytokines interleukin-8and anti-inflammation interleukin-10of patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage exceeded those of control group significantly within24hours and after3weeks,and the concentration of interleukin-8and interleukin-10in serious patients exceeded those of the mild group significantly.The concentration of plasma IL-8inpatients who developed acute cerebral hemorrhage within24hours exceeded those in patients whose course of disease is over3weeks,but at IL-10level,it is reverse. Conclusion Plasma inflammatory cytokines interleukin-8and anti-inˉflammation interleukin-10all involved in the pathophysiological process in early stage,and the determination of both was useful in the estimation of prognosis in cerebral hemorrhage.
