摘　　要：目的　观察多波长氪离子激光治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的疗效。方法　采用多波长氪离子激光对 70例 115眼Ⅲ～Ⅳ期糖尿病视网膜病变的患者 ,根据病变的性质、部位和屈光间质情况选择不同波长激光进行全视网膜光凝 ,术前进行视力、裂隙灯、眼底和眼底荧光血管造影检查 ,术后随访 10～ 40个月 ,平均 18个月。结果　显效 5 8眼 ,占 5 0 5 % ,47眼 (4 1% )疗效尚可 ,无效 10眼 ,占 8 7% ,其间未见严重并发症。结论　多波长氪离子激光治疗糖尿病视网膜病变具有的优越性 ,可根据病变情况选择不同的波长进行光凝治疗 ,对提高或保存患者的有用视力疗效肯定。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of different wavelength krypton lasers on diabetic retinopathy.Methods 70 cases(115 eyes)of diabetic retinopathy in the stages of Ⅲ～Ⅳ were treated with different wavelength krypton lasers panretinal photocoagulation,according to the characteristics and the different manifestations of the affected eyes.The visual acuity,slit-lamp,ophthalmoscopy and fundus fluorescein angiography were performed preoperatively.The patients were followed up for 10 to 40 months(mean 18 months).Results 58 eyes(50.5%)were markedly effective,47eyes(41%)were moderately effective and 10 eyes(8.7%)were no effective.No serious complication was found.Conclusions Different wavelength krypton lasers is good for treating diabetic retinopathy.Different wavelengths should be selected according to the different manifestation of the affected eyes.when the laser coagulation was performed.It certainly can improve the visual acuity at certain extent or least keep the visual acuity.
