摘  要:本文介绍了用单宁酸、松香钙、草酸、脲醛树脂等物质对紫胶片进行改性的研究过程和结果。在大量试验的基础上,证明用单宁酸和松香钙对紫胶进行改性,能够提高其耐热性能和附着力;用脲醛树脂进行改性,能提高紫胶的耐腐蚀性能;用草酸改性,可以改善紫胶的颜色。研制出的改性紫胶漆膜,经盐雾试验,结果表明其耐盐雾腐蚀的能力提高了1.38倍。The paper deals with the research on the modification of shellac by the utilization of tannic acid, rosinate calcium, oxalic acid and ureaformaldehyde resin. Through a lot of tests, the results hsvc shown that the heat resistance and adhesive force of shellac were enhanced by adding tannic acid and rosinate calcium; that the corrosion resistance of shellac was increased by adding ureaformaldehyde resin; that the colour of shellac was improved by adding oxalic acid. The result of 'salt-fog' experiment has shown that the corrosion resistance of coat of lac paint was increased by 1.38 times.
