关联设计技术及其在内燃机CAD系统中的应用

摘　　要：关联设计是为了克服传统CAD系统的缺点而发展起来的一种CAD新技术 ,它着重强调产品模型建模与修改的方便性 ,强调产品模型内部各子部分之间的联系 ,实现整机产品的关联设计与联动修改。通过深入研究内燃机运动系统结构特征 ,获得了产品结构设计知识 ,提出了关联设计在内燃机CAD系统设计中应用的必要性。结合Pro/ENGINEER及其二次开发工具Pro/ToolKit,阐述了关联设计方法及其实现机制 ,并以此为基础开发了内燃机CAD系统。Associated design is kind of new technology aiming to remove the difficulties of traditional CAD system.it puts emphasis on the convenience of building and modification product model.Based on the associations among components of a product,it can provide the tools of associated design and associated modification of multiple Products.In this paper,the necessities of applying associated design method to progressive I.C.engine CAD system is first explained,then three types of associated design methods based on Pro/E and Pro/ToolKit platform are discussed in detail.A progressive I.C.engine CAD system which employs the associated design technology is introduced at last.
