重型高血压性脑出血患者血浆4种神经肽含量的改变及其意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨血浆内皮素(ET)、神经肽 Y(NPY)、神经降压素(NT)及降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)等4种神经肽(NP)在重型高血压性脑出血(HCH)患者发病过程中的变化及意义。方法:采用放射免疫法检测33例 HCH 患者24h 内和3d、7d、14d外周血4种神经肽水平,并以30例健康者作对照。结果:血浆 ET、NPY、CGRP 水平动态检测均高于正常水平,而 NT 水平动态检测低于正常水平。以发病第3d 差异非常显著(P<0.01)。结论:血浆4种神经肽含量在 HCH 的发生发展过程中具有一定的规律性,严密监测这4种神经肽含量的动态变化,刘于患者病情程度的判断有指导意义。To investigate level of the four kinds of plasma neuropeptide including endothelin(ET),neuropeptide Y(NPY), neurotensin(NT),calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP)and there clinical significance on the process in the severe hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage cases.Methods:The four kinds nf plasma neuropeptide were measured in 33 cases with severe hypertensive cerebral bemorrhage within 24 hours,3 days,7 days and 14 days by radioimmunoassay and compare that to 30 healthy peoples.Resuhs:During the dynamic moni- toring,All plasma neuropetides except NT were higher than normal,NT level was lower than normal.The difference was very ohviously within 3 days(P<0.01).Conclnsions:The content of the four neuropeptides had some regular change on the process in the severe hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage cases,which should be dynamically monitored in order to determine the diseases degree in patients with severe hyperten- sive cerebral hemorrhage.
