摘　　要：结合我国目前桥梁换架的现状,分析了采用拼装式龙门吊换架梁的优势,介绍了龙门吊设计的几点体会及优化建议,以供采用龙门吊换架梁方案的设计及施工时参考。Taking into account the current situation of girder replacement in our country, the paper analyses the advantages of girder replacement with an assembled gantry crane, with our experience and optimization advice on the design of gantry cranes presented as well. What is discussed in the paper may serve the conceptual design and construction of girder replacement with a gantry crane.
