卡培他滨加顺铂治疗晚期胃肠道肿瘤的临床观察

摘　　要：目的　观察卡培他滨与顺铂合用治疗晚期消化道肿瘤的近期疗效。方法　卡培他滨130 0mg/(m2 ·d) ,分 2～ 3次口服 ,连服 14d ;PDD 2 0mg/次 ,静滴 ,第 1～ 5天 (或 4 0mg/次 ,静滴 ,第 1～3天 ) ;2 1d为 1周期 ,连用 2或 3周期。结果　可评价者 35例 ,PR 12例 ,总有效率为 34.3%。毒副反应主要是骨髓抑制和消化道反应。结论　卡培他滨 +顺铂治疗晚期消化道肿瘤可获得较高疗效 ,毒副反应轻 。Objective To evaluate the ef ficacy of combined chemotherapy with capec itabine and cisplatin(PDD) in the treatment of advanced gastrointestinal cancer .Method From June 2001 to May 2003,37 patien ts with advanced gastrointestinal cancer received oral capecitabine 1300 mg/m2,d1-14 and PDD 20 mg,introvenou s dri p (ID) d1-5 or 40 mg ID d1-3.The regimen was repeated every 3 weeks and each p atient received 2 or 3 cycles at least.Results Thi rty-five patients were evaluable for efficacy.12 PR occurred and the overall response rate was 34.3%.The dose-lim i ted toxicity was leukocytopenia and other side effects were mild. Conclusion Capeci tabine combined with cisplatin is an effective regimen for advanced gastrointest inal cancer.The side effects are mild and tolerable.
