鼻翼基底细胞癌切除术后鼻唇沟岛状皮瓣修复组织缺损临床探讨

摘　　要：目的 :探讨鼻翼基底细胞癌切除术后鼻唇沟岛状皮瓣修复鼻翼组织缺损的手术方法和疗效。方法 :6例患者行鼻翼肿瘤切除鼻唇沟岛状皮瓣一期修复术。结果 :患者均一期愈合 ,无感染和坏死 ,鼻翼外形满意 ,鼻前孔无狭窄 ,瘢痕不明显。随访 3月～ 5年以上均无复发。结论 :鼻唇沟岛状皮瓣修复鼻翼缺损方法简单 。Objective: To study the effect and treatment method repairing defect of alae nasi by nasolabial island skin flap. Method: 6 cases with nasal basal cell carcinoma operation were repaired the defect by using nasolabial island skin flap. Result: 6 cases were cured with satisfied outline of unclear scar and non-constriction of anterior naris. The shapes of the flap were satisfactory, the donor site were concealed. After 3 months to 7 years follow-up, there was no relapse. Conclusion: Nasolabial island skin flap is especially suitable for one stage to repair the postoperative defect of alaensasi of nasal basal cell carcinoma, the process of this method is also simple.
