摘　　要：提出了一个确定太阳电池结品质因子Q的新方法,并给出理论推导、求解步骤和实际计算结果。A method for determining the figure of merit of the solar cell junction is presented. The theoretical derivation and the detailedsteps for solution as well as the results of calculation are also given.
