摘 要:由于输血需求量的不断增加及血液储备不足等问题,急需一种安全有效的血液替代品。血红蛋白氧载体(HBOCs)是一种具有运载氧气能力的红细胞替代物,它以血红蛋白为原料,通过交联、聚合、偶联等化学修饰或者将其封装在人工合成的膜制备而成。基于血红蛋白氧载体保质期长,可以大量储存,在需要的时候可立即使用,也能减少在输血过程中传播病毒的风险等优点,科学家们已经研究出了许多制备血红蛋白氧载体的方法,其中结合纳米技术、层层自组装和模板技术的合成方法不仅简单易行,而且生物材料承载能力良好。使用诸如碳酸钙或碳酸锰等模板,将模板在温和的条件下溶解,操作简单且不会对材料产生影响。这给血红蛋白氧载体的应用提供了良好的技术保障。Due to the increasing demand for blood transfusion and insufficient blood reserve, a safe and effective blood substitute is urgently needed.Hemoglobin oxygen carriers (HBOCs) area kind of red blood cell substitutes with the ability to carry oxygen, which are prepared from hemoglobin by chemical modification such as cross-linking, polymerization, coupling or encapsulation in synthetic membranes. Due to hemoglobin oxygen carriers have many advantages, including a long shelf life, stored in large quantities and used immediately when needed, as well as reducing the risk of virus transmission during blood transfusions, scientists have developed many methods for preparing HBOCs. Among these methods, the method that combined of nanotechnology, layered self-assembly, and templating technology are not only simple and feasbile, but also have good bearing capacity of the biomaterial. The common templates such as calcium carbonate or manganese carbonate can bedissoloved under mild conditions, which is easy to operate and will not affect the fabricated product. This provides a good technical guarantee for the application of HBOCs.
