摘　　要：胰岛素样生长因子-1 (insulin-like growth factor 1, IGF-1)是一种多功能细胞增殖调控因子,广泛分布于各个组织当中,在细胞的分化增殖个体的生长发育中具有重要的作用。研究表明,IGF-1在心血管疾病、糖尿病及创面修复等相关领域具有重要作用,现将其研究现状与进展予以综述,旨在为IGF-1的进一步研究提供思路与方向。Insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1)is a multifunctional cell proliferation regulator that is widely distributed in various tissues and plays an important role in the growth and development of indi-vidual cells.Studies have shown that IGF-1 plays an important role in related fields such as cardi-ovascular disease,diabetes and wound repair.The current research status and progress are re-viewed,aiming to provide ideas and directions for further research of IGF-1.
