摘　　要：目的:研究厦门疗养地疗养因子对亚健康状态康复调节的作用。方法:观察厦门疗养地的气候、景观、海水浴等疗养因子对亚健康人群康复的调节作用。结果:通过当地疗养因子干预,各种因素导致的躯体和身心疲劳得到明显改善。结论:厦门疗养地疗养因子对改善亚健康状态有显著促进作用。Objective: To study the effect of convalescent factors in Xiamen Sanatorium on rehabilitation regulation of sub-health state. Methods: Observing the effects of convalescent factors such as climate, landscape and sea bath on the rehabilitation of sub-healthy people in Xiamen Sanitarium. Results: Through the intervention of local convalescent factors, the physical and mental fatigue caused by various factors has been significantly improved. Conclusion: The convalescent factors in Xiamen Sanatorium can significantly improve the sub-health status.
