摘　　要：多发性骨髓瘤为常见的血液系统恶性肿瘤,肾脏损害是其最常见和严重的并发症之一,体外血液净化治疗可以有效地清除多发性骨髓瘤患者体内过多的游离轻链,从而改善患者肾功能及预后。本文就多发性骨髓瘤肾病的血液净化方式进行讨论总结。Multiple myeloma (MM) is a common hematological malignancy. Renal injury is one of the most common and serious complications. Extracorporeal blood purification therapy can effectively remove the excessive free light chain in patients with MM, thus improving the renal function and prognosis of patients. In this paper, the blood purification methods of MM nephropathy are discussed and summarized.
