摘　　要：B7分子作为参与免疫反应中的重要信号分子,在免疫反应发生及肿瘤免疫中发挥了重要的作用,本文就B7分子的发现、特点、功能及在肿瘤免疫中的作用做一综述。B7 molecules, as the signal molecules involved in immune response, play an important role in the occurrence of immune response and tumor immunity. This paper reviews the discovery, characteristics, function and role of B7 molecules in the tumor immune response.
