摘　　要：β肾上腺受体是儿茶酚胺类物质,主要包括β1-AR、β2-AR、β3-AR,临床上主要用于心血管方面疾病。现研究发现其表达于多种肿瘤细胞,对肿瘤细胞增殖、迁移、侵犯等具有促进作用,可利用β受体阻滞剂进行抗肿瘤靶向或协同治疗抑制肿瘤细胞生物学行为,为肿瘤治疗带来新的方向和希望。Beta-adrenergic receptors are catecholamines, mainly including β1-AR, β2-AR, and β3-AR, and are clinically used mainly for cardiovascular diseases. The present study found that it is expressed in a variety of tumor cells, and has a promoting effect on tumor cell proliferation, migration, invasion, etc., can use β-blockers for anti-tumor targeting or synergistic therapy to inhibit the biological behavior of tumor cells, bringing new directions and hopes for cancer treatment.
