摘　　要：通过对自发性双胎贫血–红细胞增多序列征1例临床分析,阐述双胎–贫血红细胞增多序列征(twin anemia-polycythemia sequence, TAPS)病因、发病机制、治疗及预后等,提高临床医生对本病的认识,以期达到早诊断早治疗,最大程度的改善母儿预后。Through clinical analysis of spontaneous twin anemia-erythrocytosis sequence, the etiology, pathogenesis, treatment and prognosis of the twin-anaemia (twin anemia-polycythemia sequence, TAPS) were elaborated, so as to improve the understanding of the disease, in order to achieve early diagnosis and treatment, the greatest degree of improving the prognosis of mater and child.
