摘　　要：基于目前中医体质理论研究现状,创造性地提出基础体质与获得体质的概念。将黄帝内经阴阳二十五人体质理论应用于尿毒症血液透析病人的管理及治疗。对血液透析病人的阴阳二十五人体质分型进行初步探讨。Based on the current research status of TCM constitution theory, this paper creatively puts forward the concepts of basic constitution and acquired constitution. The theory of Yin Yang and twenty-five people’s constitution in Huang Di Nei Jing was applied to the management and treatment of uremic hemodialysis patients. A preliminary study was made on the classification of Yin Yang and twenty-five people’s constitution of hemodialysis patients.
