摘　　要：随着年龄的增长,在老年人中,衰弱和认知障碍越来越普遍,也逐渐提出了认知衰弱这一新概念,可见,衰弱和认知障碍之间存在一定的联系,本文旨在对老年人衰弱和认知障碍的发生机制、危险因素及两者之间的关系做出综述,希望能为探索衰弱和认知障碍提供新思路,也为有效预防衰弱和认知障碍提供帮助。Frailty and cognitive impairment are becoming more common in the elderly with increasing age. Also gradually put forward the cognitive frailty, a new concept, so there is a certain relationship between frailty and cognitive impairment, the purpose of this paper is to make a review for the re-lationship between the elderly frailty and the occurrence mechanism of cognitive impairment, risk factors, hoping to provide new thinking for exploring frailty and cognitive impairment, and provide help to effectively prevent frailty, and cognitive impairment.
