化疗药物治疗双实体肿瘤后继发急性髓系白血病1例并文献复习

摘　　要：治疗相关性髓系肿瘤(t-MNs)是实体肿瘤患者化疗和(或)放疗后继发的急性髓性白血病(AML)。文献报道的t-MNs多以一种实体肿瘤继发为主,而相继患两种实体瘤治疗后的t-MNs患者较为罕见。现报道1例经我院诊治的治疗相关性髓系肿瘤患者的资料。Therapy-related myeloid neoplasms (t-MNs) are acute myeloid leukemia (AML) secondary to chem-otherapy and/or radiotherapy in patients with solid tumors. t-MNs reported in the literature are mainly secondary to one type of solid tumor, while t-MNs patients with two types of solid tumor af-ter treatment are relatively rare. A case of therapy-related myeloid neoplasms diagnosed and treated in our hospital was reported.
