摘　　要：胆囊是胆道中最常见的原发癌部位,胆囊癌的早期发展通常是无症状的,而且胆囊癌有很高的转移扩散倾向,因此大多数患者在中晚期被诊断出来,无法治愈。尽早地诊断胆囊癌,可以改善患者的预后。这篇文章就胆囊癌的危险因素、影像学诊断和肿瘤标记物研究最新进展进行全面概述。The gallbladder is the most common primary cancer site in the biliary tract. The early development of gallbladder cancer is usually asymptomatic, and gallbladder cancer has a high tendency of me-tastasis and diffusion. Therefore, most patients are diagnosed in the middle and late stages and cannot be cured. Early diagnosis of gallbladder cancer can improve the prognosis of patients. This article reviews the latest advances in risk factors, imaging diagnosis and tumor markers of gallbladder cancer.
