摘　　要：原发性胆囊癌(Primary Gallbladder Carcinoma, PGC)是由多种因素所导致的一种恶性病变,其恶性程度高,一经发现即为进展期或中晚期,且多数预后较差,由于起病隐匿,早期临床表现不明显,因而易被误诊为某些良性疾病。目前以手术为主、辅以放化疗等综合治疗仍是PGC的主要治疗手段,近年来,靶向治疗与免疫治疗成为了治疗PGC研究的热门。Primary gallbladder carcinoma is a malignant lesion caused by many factors. Its malignant degree is high. Once discovered, it will be progressive or middle and late stage, and most of them have poor prognosis. Due to concealment of onset, the early clinical manifestation is not obvious, so it is easy to be misdiagnosed as some benign diseases. At present, surgery combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy is still the main treatment for PGC. In recent years, targeted therapy and immuno-therapy have become hot topics in the treatment of PGC.
