摘　　要：雄黄作为一种传统中药,数千年前便用于治疗各种疑难杂症。但因其有毒性,在诸多方面的使用均存在限制,且多数以复方制剂的方式使用。随着科技和医学研究的发展,纳米雄黄的出现为众多癌症患者带来福音,同时也为医疗研究和肿瘤治疗树立了新的里程碑。本文通过阅读大量相关文献,综述雄黄及其雄黄制剂在临床应用等方面的研究,旨在为雄黄及相关制剂进一步在中医药研究和临床应用作些许展望。Realgar (REA), a traditional Chinese medicine, has been used for thousands of years for the treat-ment of various difficult and complicated diseases. However, due to its toxicity, its use is limited in many aspects, and most of them are used in compound formulations. With the development of technology and medical research, the emergence of nanorealgar has brought a boon to many cancer patients and set a new milestone for medical research and tumor treatment. In this paper, we re-view the research on the clinical application of realgar and its preparations by reading a large amount of relevant literature, with the aim of providing some perspectives for further research and clinical application of realgar and related preparations in Chinese medicine.
