摘　　要：胃黄色瘤(gastric xanthoma, GX)是一种发生于胃黏膜的黄白色斑块,既往称为胃脂质小岛、网状内皮细胞瘤等。多见于有病理改变的胃黏膜,如慢性胃炎、肠化生或萎缩性胃炎等。近年来有研究表明该病可能与胃癌相关,并认为胃黄色瘤是一种癌前病变。本文中,作者将GX的病因、诊断及治疗进行了综述及梳理。Gastric xanthoma (GX) is a yellowish white plaque occurring in the gastric mucosa, which is pre-viously referred to as gastric lipid islet and reticuloendothelioma. It is more common in gastric mucosa with pathological changes, such as chronic gastritis, intestinal metaplasia or atrophic gas-tritis. In recent years, some studies have suggested that this disease may be related to gastric can-cer, and gastric xanthoma is considered as a precancerous lesion. In this paper, the etiology, diag-nosis and treatment of GX were reviewed.
