摘　　要：胃丛状纤维黏液瘤(plexiform fibromyxoma, PF)是一种临床罕见的胃间质性肿瘤,从2007年Takahashi等人首次报道至今,文献中仅报道了130余病例。由于病例罕见,在临床工作中容易误诊。本文报道了1例胃窦部丛状纤维黏液瘤,并对其临床、病理及影像学表现进行了文献复习,以期提高临床对PF的认识,降低误诊率,改善预后。Gastric plexiform fibromyxoma (PF) is a rare gastric interstitial tumor. Since it was first reported by Takahashi in 2007, only 130 cases have been reported in the literature. It is easy to be misdiag-nosed in clinical work. This paper reports a case of plexiform fibromyxoma of the gastric antrum, and reviews the clinical, pathological and imaging findings. We hope to improve the clinical under-standing of PF, to reduce the misdiagnosis rate and to improve the prognosis.
