摘 要:急性主动脉夹层是严重心血管急症,具有较高的发病率和死亡率,然而临床表现的主要症状是胸背痛,因此难与其他突发的严重胸背痛疾病鉴别,而生存率与及时诊断和精准的管理直接相关,目前对该病的诊断主要依赖于各种成像技术,相对耗时且有诸多局限性。生物标志物的应用为新的诊断技术提供了新方向,现已发现多种主动脉夹层诊断潜在的标志物,本文根据国内外相关研究对主动脉夹层生物学诊断标志物的应用及进展进行综述。Acute aortic dissection is a serious cardiovascular emergency with a high incidence rate and mor-tality. However, the main symptom of clinical manifestation is chest and back pain, so it is difficult to distinguish it from other sudden severe chest and back pain diseases. The survival rate is directly related to timely diagnosis and accurate management. At present, the diagnosis of this disease mainly depends on various imaging technologies, which is relatively time-consuming and has many limitations. The application of biomarkers provides a new direction for new diagnostic techniques. A variety of potential biomarkers have been found for the diagnosis of aortic dissection. This article reviews the application and progress of biomarkers for the diagnosis of aortic dissection based on relevant research at home and abroad.
