摘  要:目的:探讨术中电生理监测下听神经瘤切除术面神经保护的意义与价值。方法:回顾性研究2020年9月至2022年1月于太和医院在电生理监测下行听神经瘤切除术后患者的临床资料,并分析电生理监测在听神经瘤显微切除中的应用价值。结果:26例听神经瘤患者术后均痊愈出院。结论:电生理监测下可以有效的保护面神经,减少面神经的损伤,并能够促进术后面瘫恢复及减少手术后并发症。Objective: To investigate the significance and value of facial nerve protection in acoustic neuroma resection under intraoperative electrophysiological monitoring. Methods: The clinical data of pa-tients who underwent acoustic neuroma resection under electrophysiological monitoring in Taihe Hospital from September 2020 to January 2022 were studied retrospectively, and the application value of electrophysiological monitoring in microresection of acoustic neuroma was analyzed. Re-sults: 26 patients with acoustic neuroma were cured and discharged from hospital after operation. Conclusion: Electrophysiological monitoring can effectively protect facial nerve, reduce facial nerve injury, promote the recovery of postoperative facial paralysis and reduce postoperative complica-tions.
