摘　　要：近年来,人们的生存压力、生活环境以及遗传基因等方面存在较大变化,因浅表淋巴结肿大而进行就诊患者不断增多。早期准确评估淋巴结的良恶性对患者的诊断、治疗以及预后具有重要意义,超声对颈部良恶性淋巴结的评价具有无辐射、无创、可重复等优点。对近年来超声评价颈部淋巴结良恶性的相关研究进行复习并总结,以期为临床鉴别颈部淋巴结提供一定的参考。In recent years, there have been great changes in people’s survival pressure, living environment and genetic genes, and the number of patients with superficial lymph node enlargement has been increasing. Early and accurate assessment of benign and malignant lymph nodes is of great signifi-cance for the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of patients. Ultrasound has the advantages of non-radiation, non-invasive and repeatable in the evaluation of benign and malignant lymph nodes in the neck. The related studies on the evaluation of benign and malignant cervical lymph nodes by ultrasound in recent years were reviewed and summarized in order to provide some reference for clinical identification of cervical lymph nodes.
