摘　　要：恶性肿瘤严重威胁人类生命健康,微小RNA (micro RNA, miRNA)在恶性肿瘤的发生进展中起重要作用,表达失调的miRNAs可通过调控相关靶基因,进而参与肿瘤细胞的增殖与凋亡、转移与侵袭以及耐药性等生物学过程。本文系统性地从肿瘤的发生发展、转移、治疗及预后等方面探讨了miRNA155在各种恶性肿瘤中的重要作用,为后续进一步的实验及临床研究提供参考。Malignant tumors are a serious threat to human life and health. Micrornas (miRNAs) play an im-portant role in the occurrence and progression of malignant tumors. Dysregulated miRNAs can par-ticipate in the proliferation, apoptosis, metastasis, invasion, drug resistance and other biological processes of tumor cells by regulating related target genes. This article systematically discusses the important role of miRNA155 in the occurrence, development, metastasis, treatment and prognosis of various malignant tumors, and provides reference for further experimental and clinical studies.
