摘  要:自然杀伤细胞(natural killer, NK)可以自主杀伤靶细胞,在固有免疫中可以起到抵抗病毒感染和肿瘤细胞的作用。NK细胞的发育及其生物学活性受到多种细胞激素调节与控制,尤其是白细胞介素家族细胞因子,并且通过调节不同的信号通路而在各个阶段发挥重要作用。然而,调节NK细胞发育或生物学活性的各种细胞因子的具体作用仍不明确。本文将描述不同白细胞介素的单独和不同组合来扩增NK细胞的现有方案,从而全面了解不同白细胞介素调控NK细胞的生物学活性作用,将有助于提高NK细胞在肿瘤免疫治疗的疗效。Natural killer cells are named for their ability to kill target cells autonomously and play an im-portant role in innate immunity against infection and tumor cells, so they have attracted much at-tention in tumor immunotherapy. The development and biological activity of NK cells are regulated by a variety of cytokines, especially interleukin family cytokines, which play roles in different stages by regulating different signaling pathways. However, the specific role of each cytokine that regu-lates NK cell development or biological activity remains unclear. In this review, we attempt to de-scribe existing protocols for expanding NK cells with different interleukins alone and in different combinations, so that a comprehensive understanding of the role of different interleukins in regu-lating NK cell biological activity will contribute to improving the efficacy of immunotherapy for NK cell tumors.
