摘　　要：胶质母细胞瘤(GBM)是一种高度侵袭性疾病,预后不良。尽管近年来在治疗方面有所进展。手术切除肿瘤仍然是这些患者的主要治疗方法。尤其是在与辅助放化疗相结合的情况下,手术切除肿瘤仍然是治疗这些患者的主要选择。在本研究中,我们进行了全面的文献综述,探讨了外科治疗的最新进展和未来趋势。Glioblastoma (GBM) is a highly aggressive disease with a poor prognosis. Although there have been advances in treatment in recent years. Surgical resection of the tumor remains the primary treat-ment for these patients. Especially in combination with adjuvant radiotherapy, surgical resection of the tumor remains the main option for the treatment of these patients. In this study, we performed a comprehensive literature review to explore the latest advances and future trends in surgical treatment.
