被误诊的乳头状胶质神经元肿瘤一例

摘　　要：乳头状胶质神经元肿瘤(Papillary glioneuronal tumor, PGNT)是一种非常罕见的良性中枢神经系统肿瘤,被归类于胶质神经元肿瘤。临床常表现为顽固性癫痫和头痛,易被误诊为其他疾病。本文现回顾性分析我院收治的1例被外院误诊为脑出血的PGNT患者的诊疗经历、影像学检查及病理学特征来为此类疾病的临床诊治提供参考,旨在提高临床工作者对该病的认识。Papillary glioneuronal tumor (PGNT) is a very rare benign central nervous system tumor, which is classified as glioneuronal and neuronal tumors. The clinical manifestations of PGNT are intractable epilepsy and headache, which are easily misdiagnosed as other diseases. This paper retrospectively analyzed the diagnosis and treatment experience, imaging examination and pathological features of a patient with PGNT misdiagnosed as intracerebral hemorrhage. We hope to help medical workers increase their awareness of this kind of disease by this paper.
