摘　　要：现代儿科呼吸介入技术不断发展,以经支气管镜下肺活组织检查为代表的介入技术为儿童呼吸系统疾病的诊断提供了重要的病理学诊断价值。随着临床的不断探索与经验积累,肺活检在儿童呼吸系统疾病中的诊断与鉴别诊断作用越来越重要。现本文就儿童经支气管镜下肺活组织检查的应用现状进行阐述。With the development of modern pediatric respiratory intervention technology, bronchoscopic lung biopsy provides an important pathological diagnostic value for the diagnosis of children’s respira-tory diseases. With the continuous clinical exploration and accumulation of experience, lung biopsy plays an increasingly important role in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of children’s respir-atory diseases. This article discusses the application progress of bronchoscopic lung biopsy in chil-dren.
