摘　　要：安罗替尼是我国正大天晴公司自主研发的一种小分子TKI,目前尚未获批适应证用于妇科肿瘤。有关于安罗替尼在妇科恶性肿瘤的临床研究正如火如荼进行中,部分研究已有数据上的更新。本文总结了目前安罗替尼单药及安罗替尼联合化疗、靶向、免疫等在妇科肿瘤的临床研究,为其在妇科肿瘤的临床应用提供依据。Anlotinib is a small molecule TKI developed independently by China’s Zhengda Tianqing Company, which has not yet been approved for indication in gynecologic tumors. Clinical studies on anlotinib in gynecologic malignancies are in full swing, and some of them have been updated with data. This article summarizes the current clinical studies of anlotinib alone and anlotinib in combination with chemotherapy, targeting and immunology in gynecologic tumors to provide a basis for its clinical application in gynecologic tumors.
