摘  要:帕金森病(Parkinson’s disease, PD)是一种中老年人常见的神经变性疾病,至今还没有治愈方法,该疾病的诊断目前在临床上缺乏特异性指标,无法在早期作出明确诊断,因此,寻找有效的生物标志物干预疾病的进展,减缓疾病的过程引起了广泛的关注。研究发现,血红素加氧酶-1 (heme oxy-genase-1, HO-1)和PD密切相关,HO-1是一种应激蛋白,能把血红素分解成一氧化碳、铁以及胆绿素。在这篇综述中,我们谈论了HO-1及其代谢产物在PD中的作用,旨在为PD的早期诊断及预后开辟新的道路和方向。Parkinson’s disease (PD) is a common neurodegenerative disease in middle-aged and elderly peo-ple, and there is no cure for PD so far. The diagnosis of the disease is currently lack of specific indi-cators in clinical practice, and it is impossible to make a clear diagnosis in the early stage. Therefore, the search for effective biomarkers to intervene the progression of the disease and slow down the process of the disease has aroused wide attention. Studies have found that heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1) is closely related to PD. HO-1 is a stress protein that can break down heme into carbon monoxide, iron, and biliverdin. In this review, we talk about the role of HO-1 and its metabolites in PD, aiming to open up a new way and direction for the early diagnosis and prognosis of PD.
